It matters because nobody enjoys being lied to, faking video content, false titles and utter stupidity. If something is authentic, we want to know. If it's a reproduction, we simply want clarity. Would you think the same if you were a collector of old baseball cards, depression glass, antiques, autographed memorabilia, etc...? Of course not! Being faked, tricked, lied to or cheated, really sucks!
